Tonushree Mondal has a broad business outlook and more than 25 years’ experience focused on Talent, Culture, Leadership and Executive Coaching. She has worked in leadership roles and partnered with senior executives in large global corporations across pharmaceuticals, technology, consumer products, higher education, financial services, manufacturing, energy and professional services firms. Her areas of expertise include Culture and People Strategy, Talent Management, Executive Coaching and Leadership Development.
Prior to starting her own business, Tonushree was the SVP-Organization Effectiveness at the Hudson’s Bay Company. Prior to that, she was the North American Practice Leader of the Talent Management practice at Mercer Consulting and a partner in the firm. She spent 15 years at Mercer working closely with senior leaders across several industries in large global companies on talent strategy and execution. She has lived and worked in Asia and the US.
Tonushree has an MBA in Human Resources and a graduate degree in Economics. She is an ICF certified coach and an ELI-MP. She is also certified in Hogan Assessments and is a Forbes HR Council member. She has published articles in WorkSpan, HRPS and Forbes and has spoken at WorldatWork, HRPS, PA Conference for Women and the HR Tech Conference.
Ali is a strategic advisor and has provided consulting services to many leading multinational companies. He has contributed to numerous projects on global workforce strategy and planning, talent management, transformation, organization design, and change management. He is a recognized thought leader in organization transformation and people strategy. With more than 20 years in the management consulting industry, he has designed and developed numerous global workforce management solutions in use by clients all around the world today, most notably in the healthcare, supply chain and logistics, financial services, high-tech, chemicals and fast-moving consumer goods sectors.
Ali has an MA Business, and he is also the author of five management books.
