She has first-hand knowledge of the pressures of leadership, having previously been a partner and North American leader at Mercer and SVP-Organization Effectiveness at Hudson’s Bay Company.

Our Process


We use feedback and assessment tools to determine the objectives of the coaching engagement. We help you define your goals and your personal and career vision that we will work towards achieving.


We identify the areas you need support in to achieve your goals and create a coaching plan. Over 6 to 12 months of coaching sessions, we help you find a clear vision for the way forward.


We check in with you at every step of the engagement—and for many months after—to ensure you are making the changes necessary to move forward towards success. We track your progress to make sure you keep your eye on your goals.
