Tonushree Mondal Consulting LLC is a Philadelphia based human resource consulting firm supporting clients globally in the areas of Talent, Culture and Leadership.
Prior to starting her own company, Tonushree was the SVP of Organization Effectiveness at Hudson’s Bay Company (Saks, Lord & Taylor, Off Fifth, HBC) responsible for Talent, Leadership, Analytics, Communication and Change Management. Before that, she was a Partner and the North American practice leader at Mercer, a global consulting firm for its Talent and Leadership practice and spent fifteen years working across different industries in large global companies helping clients improve their impact and effectiveness across a wide range of talent and rewards related issues.
Tonushree has an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur, India in Human Resources and a graduate degree in Economics from Jadavpur University. She has published articles in WorkSpan, HRPS and spoken at WorldatWork, HRPS and the HR Tech Conference.
Prior to working with Tonushree Mondal Consulting LLC, Vatsa was the Industry Leader – Compensation Solutions (Consumer and Retail) at Mercer Consulting in India, helping clients optimize their rewards strategy. Before that, Vatsa was a project manager responsible for advising multinational organizations in the areas of talent management, competency design and assessment, career architecture, organization structuring, performance management, and employee engagement.
Vatsa has an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur, India in Human Resources and a graduate degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. He also holds an SPHR TM certification from HRCI.
Prior to working with Tonushree Mondal Consulting LLC, Anshul was the Head of HR for EMEA LATAM Region in Roche Diabetes Care, where he was responsible for creating and delivering on the regional and global HR strategy. Before Roche, Anshul worked with Alstom as Global HR Business Partner, supporting multiple global functions across the international site. He has led teams and projects across multiple countries and has successfully partnered on operational and strategic initiatives with business leaders across multiple countries. In addition, he has worked on global projects in the areas of HRIS implementation, Leadership Development, HR Operating Model Design and Talent Management.
Anshul has an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur, India in Human Resources and a graduate degree in Electrical Engineering from MNIT, Allahabad.
She has wide-ranging consulting experience which spans organization design, performance, rewards and talent management. Prior to this, Vaish was based on Singapore, running coaching and consulting business for South/South East Asia. She is also highly versatile having expanded her professional skills to include writing, fund-raising (through events and corporate tie-ups) for charities and teaching stress management and wellness exercises for clients.
While with Mercer consulting in Hong Kong, Vaish was the Business Leader for the consulting business based out of Hong Kong as well as the Asian lead for the Global Performance and Rewards IC Team. Prior to Mercer, Vaish was the Quality and Human Resources Manager for Dulux Paints (ICI India. She has worked across multiple countries and cultures in Asia such as India, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, and the Middle East. She is currently based in Dubai.
Vaish has an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur, India in Human Resources and a Postgraduate degree in Physics from Madras Christian College. She is an ACC Coach as accredited by the International Coaching Federation accredited ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment) from IAL, Singapore and a Certified Provider of Tension/Trauma Releasing Exercises.
