Tonushree is a global leader with broad business outlook and experience focused on culture, talent strategy and leadership. She has over 20 years of experience in leadership roles having lived in Asia and the US and partnered with senior executives in large global corporations across FMCG, pharmaceuticals, technology, financial services, manufacturing and professional services firms.

Prior to starting her own company, Tonushree was the SVP of Organization Effectiveness at Hudson’s Bay Company (Saks, Lord & Taylor, Off Fifth, HBC) responsible for Talent, Leadership, Analytics, Communication and Change Management. Before that, she was a Partner and the North American practice leader at Mercer, a global consulting firm for its Talent and Leadership practice and spent fifteen years working across different industries in large global companies helping clients improve their impact and effectiveness across a wide range of talent and rewards related issues.

Tonushree has an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur, India in Human Resources and a graduate degree in Economics from Jadavpur University. She has published articles in WorkSpan, HRPS and spoken at WorldatWork, HRPS and the HR Tech Conference.

Sairam Sreedhara (Vatsa) is a senior consultant with significant experience working with global organizations improving organization productivity and results, driving talent retention and employee engagement, and enhancing HR process efficiency and effectiveness. He has partnered with senior leadership teams and employee groups for design and implementation of practical talent and rewards solutions across industries.

Prior to working with Tonushree Mondal Consulting LLC, Vatsa was the Industry Leader – Compensation Solutions (Consumer and Retail) at Mercer Consulting in India, helping clients optimize their rewards strategy. Before that, Vatsa was a project manager responsible for advising multinational organizations in the areas of talent management, competency design and assessment, career architecture, organization structuring, performance management, and employee engagement.

Vatsa has an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur, India in Human Resources and a graduate degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. He also holds an SPHR TM certification from HRCI.

Young Un Cho is a senior consultant with significant global consulting experience in talent management and has lived and worked across Asia and the US. She specializes in enhancing talent effectiveness to improve individual and organizational performance. Young Un has expertise in Talent Management Strategy and Implementation, Competency Modeling, Career Framework/Pathing Design, Performance Management, Assessment and Succession Planning/Review.

Prior to working with Tonushree Mondal Consulting LLC, Young Un was a Principal with the Leadership and Organization Performance business at Mercer Consulting in Philadelphia. She has extensive experience across industries and has worked with senior leaders to identify business critical issues and solutions. Young Un also spent three years in Mercer’s Seoul office in South Korea where she worked with multinational companies on number of HR and talent projects including merger and acquisitions engagements.

Young Un has a Master’s degree in International Relations from London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), London, UK. Young Un also holds a joint Bachelor’s degree in European Studies from the LSE and King’s College London, UK.
