Prior to starting her own company, Tonushree was the SVP of Organization Effectiveness at Hudson’s Bay Company (Saks, Lord & Taylor, Off Fifth, HBC) responsible for Talent, Leadership, Analytics, Communication and Change Management. Before that, she was a Partner and the North American practice leader at Mercer, a global consulting firm for its Talent and Leadership practice and spent fifteen years working across different industries in large global companies helping clients improve their impact and effectiveness across a wide range of talent and rewards related issues.
Tonushree has an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur, India in Human Resources and a graduate degree in Economics from Jadavpur University. She has published articles in WorkSpan, HRPS and spoken at WorldatWork, HRPS and the HR Tech Conference.

Prior to working with Tonushree Mondal Consulting LLC, Vatsa was the Industry Leader – Compensation Solutions (Consumer and Retail) at Mercer Consulting in India, helping clients optimize their rewards strategy. Before that, Vatsa was a project manager responsible for advising multinational organizations in the areas of talent management, competency design and assessment, career architecture, organization structuring, performance management, and employee engagement.
Vatsa has an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur, India in Human Resources and a graduate degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. He also holds an SPHR TM certification from HRCI.

Prior to working with Tonushree Mondal Consulting LLC, Young Un was a Principal with the Leadership and Organization Performance business at Mercer Consulting in Philadelphia. She has extensive experience across industries and has worked with senior leaders to identify business critical issues and solutions. Young Un also spent three years in Mercer’s Seoul office in South Korea where she worked with multinational companies on number of HR and talent projects including merger and acquisitions engagements.
Young Un has a Master’s degree in International Relations from London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), London, UK. Young Un also holds a joint Bachelor’s degree in European Studies from the LSE and King’s College London, UK.
